There are four guest rooms in the Chimney House, each opening to a fire-placed living room with a three-season sun porch affording spectacular views of the Presidential Range. Each room has been named for an American author and is decorated in the style in which that author either lived or wrote. Rates in the Chimney House* range from $209 to $259 per night and include a full country breakfast. The Chimney House is romantic and intimate and generally reserved for adults only. Originally part of the old farmstead across the road, the Lodge at Snowvillage Inn was converted to guest rooms in 1958. There are eight guest rooms in the Lodge, each opening to a two-story living room. The Lodge is perfect for families with young children and is pet friendly. The Lodge offers affordable accommodations with the same friendly service and amenities as the Inn. In the Lodge, guests enjoy the romance and history of the Swiss chalet, ski-lodge atmosphere. Rates in the Lodge* range from $129 to $199 per night and include a full country breakfast. 
Children of all ages are welcome at Snowvillage Inn at all times - the perfect place for some good, old fashioned fun. Guest dogs are welcome in the Lodge guest rooms. Snowvillage is an ideal spot to enjoy hiking or snow-shoeing with your canine companion. Children under the age of 12 are always welcome to join their parents for dinner in our dining room between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. * exclusive of 8% room and meals tax and a 5% service charge. Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and include lodging and a full country breakfast. For an extra person in the same room the rate is $25 per night ($12.50 for children 12 and under). Deposit and Cancellation Policy: We are unable to hold a room without a deposit equal to the greater of 50% of the total reservation or one night's stay. Refunds will be issued for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, a refund will be made if the room is re-rented to another guest. A 10% processing fee is charged on all cancellations. MAP: Guests staying at the inn receive a 10% dinner discount (exclusive of beverages). No Smoking: Snowvillage Inn is a non-smoking facility. For your health and the enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking in or around any of the buildings. If there is evidence that someone has been smoking in your room, a cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your bill. Minimum Stays: Minimum stays of two or three nights may be imposed during holiday periods.
