Requirements for New Hampshire Wedding License

New Hampshire Wedding

You do not have to be a resident of the state in order to be married in New Hampshire.

To obtain a license, both parties must appear before a Town Clerk or City Clerk within the state of New Hampshire. You must bring with you: proof of age, a certified copy of divorce papers or death certificate if either of you have been married before and the license fee. If you wish to get your license here in Snowville, you may do so at the Eaton Center Town Hall (about a mile from the inn) on Mondays between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and on Tuesdays between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
