A Message Our To Guests

We Welcome You

Kevin, Jen, and all the staff at Snowvillage Inn has always held ourselves to high standards of cleanliness. So many inns do. We are part of a diligent, caring, concerned industry and would like to keep our guests comfortable, safe, and informed.

In addition to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of New Hampshire requirements and guidelines, we have implemented additional hygiene and cleaning measures.

Guest Rooms

Prior to your arrival, your room will have been thoroughly cleaned using EPA certified disinfecting products on both hard and soft surfaces – including doorknobs, light switches, remote controls. Bathrooms have been thoroughly sanitized as well.

Common Areas

The indoor common areas of the inn will continue to be cleaned daily and supplemented with multiple mid-day touch-ups and disinfecting wipe downs. Even with the Mask Requirement Updates, we request that you wear your face mask in these indoor areas if you are not fully vaccinated.  If you are fully vaccinated, searing a face mask is your choice.

Housekeeping

We have updated our procedures and now offer full housekeeping services.  Our housekeeping staff will be entering our guest rooms to tidy up and refresh your towels. 

If you prefer to forgo our services, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign in your room.  If you prefer to have fresh towels and trash removal without our housekeeping staff entering your room, please use the provided laundry bag for clean towel replacement and place your trash bin outside your door before 11 AM.

Check-In Process

You can expect check–in to be the same with some additional information required from you. We are still welcoming you with our traditional greeting of showing you around and helping you to your room, but with appropriate social distancing.

The State of New Hampshire requires a signed statement that you have no COVID-19 symptoms that will be provided for you at check-in. 

When you arrive at Snowvillage Inn, please come in the front door and we can swiftly check you in. If there are other guests waiting to check-in we ask that you stay six feet apart and wear your mask while we complete the check-in process with our other guests.

As we learn what works and what doesn’t, we will be modifying how we go about this. Your feedback is welcome.

Breakfast Service

Our full country breakfast will still be served each morning of your stay. At check-in, we will be requesting a breakfast reservation to alleviate overcrowding in the dining room. This enables us to both maintain appropriate spacing between tables and guests as well as allowing us to appropriately sanitize each table between seatings. Our team will wear protective face coverings or face mask as long as it is recommended by the CDC and State of New Hampshire when serving your food.

Dinner Service

Max’s Restaurant and Pub is open for our guests as well as the public. We are taking reservations for indoor dining and dining on our porch (seasonal).   Our dinner staff is taking the same precautions as our breakfast staff.
